I’m Paula Nahr

I look for those impacting the world with Art & Love who dared to live a life of purpose and service. I was born in Colombia, raised on the vibrant island of Aruba, and did my university studies in New York City because that was my dream. I funded the NGO Switch Foundation where I voiced the vulnerable through documentaries for about 11 years. With over a decade of experience as a producer, I've shed light on critical social issues like human trafficking, bullying, and domestic violence through documentaries in Aruba. At the end of 2020, I moved to Edinburgh, Scotland to pursue my passion for filmmaking. I'm offering my services at an exceptional price. This not only allows me to connect with amazing individuals but also supports fellow creatives and entrepreneurs, all while fueling my aspirations.

The Pandemic arrived and it was the catalyst to embark on this adventure and dare to go to a country where the creative industry and social entrepreneurship are already established. I want to learn about these topics and apply this knowledge to my projects.

I believe in the power of art to heal trauma, diminish social issues and bring more harmony to the world. After the explosion of Covid-19, I decided to start my personal projects by experimenting with short films, and photography.

…and will soon be developing a Podcast and a Blog where I will voice creatives and activists who use their Art and Voice to better their lives and their community.
